1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Program Access

  • Enrolment in the Beat Bridge program provides 3 months of access to the full online course from the date of purchase.

  • After 3 months, course access ends unless a new enrolment is purchased.

1.2 Coaching Sessions

  • The program includes 6 x 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

  • Coaching sessions are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

  • Any unused sessions after 6 months are forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

1.3 Payment, Pricing & Payment Plans

  • The program is a one-time payment, with optional payment plans available.

  • All instalments must be paid on time.

  • If any payment is missed, all course access and coaching sessions will be paused until payments are up to date.

  • Payment plans cannot be cancelled, stopped, or paused once activated. The full program price is owed in full.

1.4 No-Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Beat Bridge operates under a strict no-refunds policy, including for change of mind, unused sessions, or failure to participate.

1.5 Lesson Scheduling

  • Lessons may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.

  • Availability for bookings may vary based on teaching load, but reasonable times will be offered.

1.6 General Conditions

  • Beat Bridge reserves the right to update program content at any time.

  • By enrolling, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Beat Bridge (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

2.1 Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following data when you interact with us or enrol in a program:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)

  • Course activity, lesson bookings, and communications

  • Website usage data (via cookies)

2.2 How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used for:

  • Delivering your course access

  • Scheduling and delivering coaching sessions

  • Processing payments

  • Sending program updates or onboarding emails

  • Customer support

  • Legal and administrative requirements

2.3 Payment Processing

Beat Bridge uses Stripe for secure payment handling.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

  • Stripe handles encryption, PCI compliance, fraud detection, and secure processing.

2.4 Email Communication

By enrolling, you consent to receive:

  • Course-related emails

  • Booking confirmations

  • Important program updates

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but essential program emails cannot be opted out of.

2.5 Cookies & Analytics

Our site may use cookies or analytics tools to improve performance and user experience.
Cookies may collect anonymous usage statistics but do not identify you personally.

2.6 Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, including secure platforms, encrypted payment handling, and restricted access.

2.7 Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data.
We may share limited information only with:

  • Stripe (for payment processing)

  • Service providers used to deliver the course (e.g., website platforms)

  • Legal authorities if required by law

2.8 Access, Correction & Deletion

You may request:

  • A copy of your personal information

  • Correction of inaccurate data

  • Deletion of your data (unless legally required to retain it)

3. REFUND POLICY

  • All payments are non-refundable, including payment plans.

  • Failure to use the course or coaching sessions does not entitle the student to a refund.

  • If a payment plan is chosen, the remaining balance is still owed in full.

This policy applies to all purchases without exception.
